Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director: Dr. Samuel Kwaku Owusu-Manu

Dr. Samuel K. Owusu-Manu is the sole shareholder and the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He assumed this position since September 2012

He is an accomplished Ghanaian Economist and a Financial Analyst with over 25 years of experience across various industries including oil and gas, banking, and insurance. He has strong analytical, business, and management skills as evidenced by his career progression into senior leadership roles.

Dr. Owusu-Manu holds a PhD in Finance from De Montfort University (2019-2023), an MBA in Petroleum Economics and Finance with Distinction from Coventry University (2018-2019), an MA in Ports and Shipping Administration from the University of Ghana (2012), an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana (2003), and a Bachelors in Economics/Statistics from the University of Ghana (1993).

Chief Operating Officer: Olivia Owusu-Manu Namouz (Mrs)

Olivia Owusu-Manu is the Chief Operating Officer in charge of Operations as well as Internal Control and Security of the company. She holds MSc. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Westminster – London and a Bachelor degree in Management studies from the University of Cape Coast. She is currently a student of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

She worked with Sevacare UK LTD, from June 2014 to April 2015 and with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (NHS GSTT) as Accounts Payable Officer, from July 2014 to September 2014; in London – UK. She also worked with Volta River Authority, Akosombo from October 2012 – August 2013 and with Star Microinsurance Services Ltd, Accra from June 2010 – August 2010.
